Who are we? PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus and what really matters : their employees.

Through PayFit, employees have a dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage efficiently their leave and expense requests.

To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language : JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features.

We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services.

We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain and the UK. More than 3000 companies such as Big Mamma, MinuteBuzz or Sellsy to name a few already trust us.

Over 300 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and we have raised 95M€ to keep growing. Your role : build the PayFit Growth Machine in Italy The position will eventually be based in Milan where we plan to open our office but the role will start in our Paris HQ to learn about the product and assimilate the PayFit culture.

Candidate will be asked to relocate to Paris for a 6 to 9 months period at the start. Your missions

  • develop PayFit Growth in Italy as we did in France, Spain & Germany,
  • hire, Train & Manage the Sales & Onboarding Teams,
  • work hand in hand with France teams to define and implement a scalable & predictable local Sales strategy,
  • become an expert about both PayFit & its roadmap and about Italian payroll,
  • work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Operations ensuring long-term company success,
  • act as spokesperson for the organisation at (sales) events to generate new business leads and extend your existing sales network.

  • you have 5+ years sales experience in data-driven or tech related organisations, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS Startup environment,
  • you are perfectly bilingual Italian / French full professional proficiency in English,
  • you have 2+ years of management or team lead experience,
  • you have strong ability to coach and bring teams to higher performance standards,
  • proven track record of sustained target achievement,
  • deep understanding of the entire funnel of the sales cycle and profound practical experience of each of the stages,
  • taste for the intellectual challenge,
  • outstanding structured working methods and ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment,
