Role Summary :

In this role, you will drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the engineering function and interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-

functional initiative coordination.

Essential Responsibilities :

Supporting the Program, ensures that multi-functional projects integrate properly within the product / program. Optimize team performance across the program value chain, functionally and technically.

Ability to proactively manage cross-functional interdependencies to maximize team efficiency and avoid gaps / delays in mid to long-

term execution. Anticipate integration issues and discern appropriate actions to progress the team forward. Connects planning and cross-

functional impacts of product NPI, Installed Base, Obsolescence and End-of Life. Develops new solutions under guidance and / or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations.

Works together with business leadership at SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.

Delivers products as part of a team. Works on cross functional teams. Alternatively : Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.

Qualifications / Requirements :

BS Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical or Biomedical Engineering and 4 years relevant work experience.
