Within this organization, the Project Manager (today referred as Project Owner) is responsible for all aspects of the life of the project, including support to scope definition.
The successful candidate will lead and manage medium to large-sized projects, with a budget responsibility of 2-3 Mio, with medium financial risk and impact and moderate change implications for a single business area, and with 2-3 organizations involved.
Accountable for delivering cost, time and quality project objectives versus the proper company governance level (level L3).
Concentrates on short-term / medium-term individual and team goals.Key Relationships : All members of project team as well as all interested company organizations or individuals that can influence or be influenced by the project’s results or project’s execution (project stakeholders) are identified and managed as a continuous process during the entire project lifetime, in order to understand their degree of influence and to manage their expectations.
The level and the nature of the interactions can vary according to the stakeholders and their level of influence, as defined in the project communication plan.
Project Stakeholders include also the project sponsor, customers, users, sellers, business partners, functional managers, business unit responsible.

This is a permanent position based in Modena (Italy) and will report to a Programme manager of the Tube Filled Solutions program.
The candidate is expected to travel 25% of the working time.Education and Languages : You have a master degree in technical or management areas.
The knowledge of English at a proficiency level, both written and spoken, is required..Professional Skills and Experience : To be successful in this position you have 3-5 years-experience as Project Manager in complex organizational environment, with a budget responsibility of the order of magnitude of 3 Mio€, possibly in the area of innovation, product development and industrialization process (R&D).
You are capable to manage complex stakeholders both internal and external at all level of the organizations making use of unformal authority.
You are capable and used to apply professional project management competences according to PMI standards.Personal Qualifications : You are a self-motivated person with strong result orientation.
You pay attention to details, balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context. You have the ability to exercise informal authority and work in a networked environment.
You have strong communication skills, particularly the ability to motivate people and to engage effectively with people at all levels.
Furthermore, you possess a high level of negotiation skills.You need to react quickly to changing business and if required you have to change gears and adapt to the conditions.
