Description

The resource will be part of the IT "P&C" (Property & Casualty ) area, with the aim of :

Mainresponsibilities :

IT project planning and management, or work stream,within a program, ensuring delivery to costumers to meet technical, cost,quality, profitability and time scale targets

Leads research into solutions evaluation & design,to ensure delivered solutions is efficient, cost-effective and meets thearchitectural standards

Reporting and presenting on project status to theproject team, business manager and senior management

Accurate financial tracking and reporting of theproject / program

Project team shaping, building, coordination,involvement and motivation

Plans facilitated session for any aspect of theproject including problem resolution, design, analysis and planning

Coordinate activities and groups (IT groups andBusiness groups) within projects to ensure project deliverables

Support and operate Application Maintenance activities(corrective, governance, monitoring) of the on scope applications

Qualifications

Capabilities and experience :

5-7 years of knowledge and experience in Insurance Industry, with particular focus on P&C business (business processes, main P&C Lines of Business and so on)

Degree

A good ability in terms of relationship is a Must for the candidate.

Adequate technical skills on Java and on main DB management sys (Oracle) are requested.

API management (methodology and governance) experience is a must.

Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
