Implementation of integration plan (the activities will mainly focus on : mandatory acquisition matters, HR and legal, finance, operations, quality, risks and insurance, value creation plan, group policies and organizational model);
Monthly review (ensure accounting system is up to date on monthly closings; monthly review of financial closings with company administration;
review of forecast / budget / cash flow / working capital, etc.); - Price adjustments activities related to acquisitions;
Presentation for key meetings; - Desing and implement forecast and budget process; - Support in the potential acquisition process.
Profilo del Candidato - Minimun of 2-3 years' work experience in a big four consulting team, a consulting firm or in internal audit;
Fluent in spoken and written English; - Project management skills abilities; - Excellent communication skills; - Hands-
on, careful with detail and also able to have a strategic approach; - Comfortable with multinational environments; - Prior experience in post-
