    PRIMARY FUNCTION : Job Purpose :

    Job Purpose :

    Collect and consolidate the product requirements of the New Holland Ag brand in the worldwide commercial regions and provide Platform with product and customer requirements in a clear, single voice aligned with the brand strategy.

    The individual will be responsible for managing their products through the life cycle and ensure that they stays competitive, profitable and successful in the market place.

    Job Summary :

    Support the various regions in the marketing of the products, collect and consolidate customer requirements worldwide, contribute to the Brand strategy definition, brief Platforms / PD and ensure customer & Dealer needs are aligned with the brand’s, then ensuring delivery to the market on a timely basis.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Constant liaison with Platforms to ensure projects are delivered to the agreed timing, stay aligned with the Brand request.
  • Constant liaison with Region and Markets to ensure they are fully supported to allow them to be successful in selling the products.
  • This will involve travel to the regions on a regular basis.

  • Full understanding of competitive environment.
  • Collect, develop and propose segment volumes and share forecasts based on development plans of managed products.
  • Collect and develop price input and assumption from Region and Markets for new programs.
  • Manage Product Development trade-offs between time, cost and brand priority.
  • Provide OEM initiation, interface and management as required.
  • At launch, ensure all activities are properly coordinated / supported :
  • Ramp-up unit availability

    Communication and promotion material - both internal and external.

    Product and sales training / materials

    Parts and After Sales support.

    QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :

    Required

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, Agriculture Engineering / Mechanization or related field

    Knowledge of the Agriculture equipment industry with strong experience on seeding & planting products.

    5 - 8+ years’ experience in a variety of marketing or sales positions including 2-3 years managerial accountability for product line and / or supervision of Others.

    Open mind, multicultural capability.

    Preferred

    Field experience meeting wholesale and retail requirements in a capital equipment product field.

    Ag-specific product knowledge.

    Foreign language proficiency
