Responsibilities

The position is for a temporary replacement

Marketing and Sales Support activities :

  • Creating and updating of data base and Report relevant for Sales & Marketing (including Sales Agent and Distributor Database)
  • Expenses Sales and Mktg Budget Monitoring, tracking and updating
  • Create tools to track quarterly expenses
  • Managing the shared drive
  • Presenting incoming invoices to the NSM for approval
  • Creating and maintenance of several customer data bases relevant for mailings to customers
  • Handling internal and external correspondence such as form letters / circular letters to customers, internal memos, etc.
  • PO request creation and monitoring in coordination with other department such us QA, IT.
  • New items creation process management in the system
  • Creating new suppliers in the system and forwarding invoices to Accounting
  • Work in cooperation with NSM and Marketing manager on activities such as : Managing the calendar of local marketing events
  • Arranging and track event compliance progress
  • Ensuring the necessary marketing materials have been booked
  • Managing payment of necessary invoices
  • Planning and implemented national customer mailings
  • Administration and organization of marketing material
  • organize internal meeting and related logistics
  • Supporting the Prof Ed with activities such as :

  • work in contact with Compliance Department to ensure we manage event stick to the guidance
  • Manage HCP authorization letter process with public and private Hospitals
  • Arranging speakers’ contracts in coordination with MM
  • Manage local profed activities logistics
  • Managing payment of necessary invoices
  • Qualifications

    The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required for this position :

  • Ability to communicate in English i n spoken and written form
  • French and / or German languages desiderable
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Organizational skills
