DXC Technology is looking for a Cloud Engineer to join ITO Service Line due to significant growth created by an ever-increasing client demand.
The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration and support for infrastructure using DXC best practices.
You will apply your knowledge to assist clients in developing cloud journey, designing and implementing cloud solutions especially public cloud (Azure, AWS, Google) and private cloud (VMWare, Nutanix).
You will work in a team of architects, infrastructure engineers, developers participating on the technical design, modeling, coding, testing and release of the automated cloud solutions to production.
What we require :
Strong understanding of cloud migration techniques and workflows (on premise to Cloud Platforms) and experience of integrating public cloud into tradition hosting / delivery models
Experience supporting a large / medium / small scale, elastic, highly available cloud environment.
Deep knowledge of some Linux tool, such as RedHat 5,6,7,8, Oracle Linux, and Oracle OVM.
Experience with any of following will be consider a plus : Virtualization and / or Cloud : vCenter, Amazon AWS, MS Azure, Google Compute, etc.
Experience with containerization platform such as Docker, Kubernetes
Ability to work effectively in pressurized situations and can be relied upon to deliver, irrespective of circumstances
Candidates with one of the following certifications are preferred :
ITIL Foundations certification
Red Hat Certification
Linux Foundation Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
AWS, Azure or Google Cloud certification
Work Location : Bitritto (BA) with Remote Work possibility.
