Key Responsibilities :

  • Acts as a subject matter expert on the Dell EMC Support & Deployment portfolio and supports the internal sales organization to meet and / or exceed their objectives
  • Direct engagement with customers (phone, mail) to position the Dell EMC Services Value Proposition. Identifies customer needs / requirements and recommends / quotes appropriate Dell Services.
  • Work with extended teams to ensure the services portfolio is always part of every engagement (weekly pipeline reviews, team meetings, large bid reviews, account planning sessions etc..).
  • Pro-active territory planning, detection, pipeline management and Services Business reporting
  • Deliver on-going communication and trainings to Sales teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive message to the customer.
  • Animates sales floor with sales-oriented specific initiative (new offering launch, SPIF )
  • Essential requirements :

  • strong technical background in the infrastructure space (Server, Storage and Client solution) ideally derived by hands on experience (ie : field engineering, customer services, )
  • proven experience in working on public tenders (requirements gathering, T&C analysis, ...)
  • proven expertise in at least one of the core component of the Support and Deployment portfolio
  • sell-through experience gained working with general sales environment (ie : proven ability to influence core sales behavior)
  • Desirable Requirements

  • support and deployment services solutioning experience
  • previous services sales role (in the areas of support and deployment services)
  • second language (Spanish or French) desirable
