What we are looking forThe HR System and Analytics is a key member of our growing and dynamic HR team and will act as the owner of all HR System, supporting the HR Director Italy in the following activities : Monitor & Maintain accuracy of all Data within the HR System (eg.

employees data and organizational structure)Analyze, provide, maintain, and support a variety of data and reportsAnalyze the Organizational needs, and create structured and scheduled reports to be used during the yearProvide the HR Business Partners with reports to be used for HR management processesThanks to the insights collected by the function, coordinate the HR teams during the implementation phase of the new HCM and all the internal processes (Talent Management, salary review, development, training)Take part in key HR projects / initiativesWhat you'll need5+ years of experience, at least 2 years in similar roleGraduate in Economics, Human Resources Management or related fieldsExcellent knowledge in Microsoft Office and in ERP such as Oracle or SAPStrong numerical and analytical understanding and capabilitiesExceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage and a variety of tasksPositive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a teamFluent in English
