The candidate will be involved in coordinating of a young team. She / he will support the team to reach the targets and to support the team in groving up the personal skills.
The candidate come, ideally, from the international retail company, with an experience of minimum 10 years. To cover the position it will be necessary a good knowledge of english and social reletionships.
Main activities : · Implementing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives defined also by Corporate Center to increase brand awareness and brand identity.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on an annual basis and allocate funds wisely · Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Build strategic relationships and partnership with key stakeholders : Corporate Center, internal customers, animal welfare association, agencies and vendors.
Coordination the new CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty. · Coordination of yearly promotional plan online and off line.
Coordination of the online / digital communication activities on the website and the main social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin) and also on traditional offline media (TV, Radio and Press);
Coordination at national level of Events, PR activities, sponsorships and co-marketing activities; · Coordination of the activities linked to the launch of the new shop online.
SKILLS : · Bachelor degree in Economy / Marketing / Communication; · Project management skills; · Excellent knowledge of the retail world, both online and traditional;
High sensitivity on the analysis of numbers (acquisitions, costs / returns on investment; web analytics - site metrics;
analysis of conversion levels on the various navigation steps); · Proactivity and passion for the online and e-commerce world;
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English; · Ability to work in international contexts; · Knowledge and passion for the animal world.
