The Production & Supply department of Syngenta Italia is looking for a Customer Service Officer In this role you will manage effectively and efficiently the assign sales force and customer support tasks, in compliance to company policies and processes Responsibilities :
Ensure proper and prompt orders management operations in support to the sales force and in accordance to relevant processes
Check correctness and punctuality of invoincing for delivered orders
Gather, check and upload urgent orders
Inform the sales force of any blocked order, related reasons, and define together with involved sales reps delivery dates and methods
Manage returns and transfers in accordance with existing policies, processes and external regulations
Manage customer claims and related data according to existing policies and processes
Maintain Masterdatas (Customers, commercial policy, etc.)
Support the sales force in defining final prices and rebates, verifying compliance to the commercial policy, identifying and documenting exceptions
Issue credit notes and bonus related to commercial policy, ensuring required authorizations have been secured
Prepare and provide reports on relevant customer service activities
Work in compliance with internal policies, SOX and HSE requirements, local legislation and competition law.
Requirements for the role :
Some experience as Credit collector and or Customer Service / Contact center operator
Good level of computer literacy
Basic English (written and spoken)
Experienced in SAP or similar systems
Location : Milan, Italy Type of contract : Permanent
