Ariston Thermo has now embarked on a digitalization path acrossmultiple business areas introducing new information and communicationtechnologies (ICT), the new Role willbe involved in several DigitalInitiatives.
He / she will be responsible of the followingactivities :
interfacing with theBusiness and assisting them in defining Digital Projects / Initiatives functionalrequirements that means working with Business Process Owners, Key / End Users,Business Project Managers and IT technical teams (including external systemsintegrators) to gather functional requirements and evaluate implementationalternatives;
managing andsupporting the full life-cycle of the Digital Projects / Initiatives, fromfunctional analysis, designing new solutions, formalizing developments / interfacespecifications and IT / User acceptance test scripts up to deploying the solutioninto live environment;
mastering DigitalExperience Platforms features in an extended integrated end to end scenariowith backend systems (ERP, CRM, etc.
Web Apps / Portal, Mobile Apps and Cloudapplications;
keeping up-to-dateabout new Digital technologies in order to manage new Digital productrequirements;
collaborate withcross-functional teams to create a new world-class Digital Platform;
work closely with ICTexperts and external consultants to shape, support, and execute Digital productgoals;
The idealcandidate has a Master’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics and a brilliantacademic career with 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager.
Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics, solid technicalbackground with ability to address compatibility issues and experiences withthe principles of Agile Methodologies (Scrum) are essential to be successfulfor the role.
Strong analytical, planning and communication skills,Problem solving, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, strongorganizational skills and team working complete the profile.
Proficiency in English and availability to travel arebasic requirements.
