As Senior Field Quality Engineer, you would be a key contact point for customer satisfaction with this global company. Working with a team of field application engineers, you will be maintaining / managing quality and reliability issues, as well as foster and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities :

Managing quality and RMAs

Provide customer audit support

Responsible for understanding the CSQRs and negotiations with customers.

Manage customer quality and reliability escalation process.

Your Profile & Requirements :

Experience in customer experience

Experience in technical customer support on electronic or semiconductor development.

Experienced in contract negotiation.

Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and once or twice a year internationally.

Knowledge on the quality standards of ISO9001 & IATF16949
