Field Sales Representative - Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta

What you’ll do

  • You will manage and control all Sales activities for the related Region for all the CMD product lines (Liquid and Gas chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, Trace elemental analysis, Ion Chromatography)
  • Weekly accurate forecasting activities
  • Contribute to the overall Sales goals by achieving Country quarterly and annual targets
  • Comply to the company T&C and financial guidelines
  • You will be responsible to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction / loyalty
  • Main Activities / Responsibilities

  • Achieve Region quarterly and annual sales plan for bookings and revenues for all the product lines
  • Responsible to fully implement all business processes, procedures and programs related to the Commercial Organisation
  • Manages sales activities of the Region and ensures timely and high quality sales reporting like leads funnel and forecast
  • Set up common sales / marketing activities
  • Always ensure highest professional relationship with our customer base to achieve customer loyalty and escalate issues if necessary to solve critical tasks in the fastest way possible.
  • Develop synergies with other sales, application and service teams
  • Follow our ethical business conduct guidance
  • Manage day to day operations like holiday administration, training, expenses reports
  • To work closely with Post Sales Services organization for optimizing the one face to the customer
  • Skills / Competencies

  • Customer focused
  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels (factories, sales operations, internal support functions)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Team player
  • Willingness to travel in Italy and Europe
  • Job Qualifications

  • Professional background in Biochemistry / Chemistry / Engineering or related subjects
  • Proven sales experience
  • Strong Leadership and management skills
  • Good Product Knowledge in Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities
  • Excellent inter-personal, self-motivational and negotiating skills
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
