The ideal candidate will provide the customer base professional customer service and excellent systems administration support.
The systems admin must have strong systems administration skills.
The systems admin will monitor the customer’s system and provide timely resolution providing great customer service each and every time.
Provides assistance to users with mobile devices.
Provides technical support to the network environment.
The position requires a Secret SSBI.
3-5 years of experience managing systems and networks.
The ability to obtain Italian SOFA, and a current 8570 IAT II certification.
