Key responsibilities :
Work on the product backlog and product roadmap for the product Detailed understanding and working knowledge of the product Establish the boundaries and communicate decisions on behalf of the Agile Team Determine the business value and / or ROI for product features and user stories Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s needs Set a clear vision of needed activities and the overall Release Plan for the product based on an understanding and awareness of strategy, market vision, sales and training Determine the appropriate sprint content and release dates to manage to release plan Actively manage internal and external stakeholders Accept or reject the product team work results Maintain a basic knowledge of software development Execute on SLAs (support, maintenance and technical) Ownership of release related market communications Key requirements : : 4-6 years of experience in software application development, product management or business systems analysis Highly proficient in spoken and written English Demonstrable knowledge of software development lifecycles and activities A strong understanding of software Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum - other methodologies a plus A proven ability to plan, undertake and finish activities to achieve high quality results Ability to work as part of a self-organizing team A passion about your work with a strong desire to learn, grow and make a difference Education : Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, BCIS or related fields or equivalent work related experience.
