What you'll be doing

Manage and lead and inspire a field team to achieve KPIs and overall revenue plan through implementation and execution of National strategies.

Planning and execution of National Sales Strategy :

  • Responsibility for execution and follow up of National Sales Strategy within own Division.
  • Timely design and delivery of Divisional Sales Strategy linked to overall Sales Strategy.
  • Encourage and role model an entrepreneurial mindset in the field driving our Social Selling Model and embracing new and innovative initiatives.
  • Implementation of specific short term activities and tasks via Area Managers to ensure achievement of Sales Plan.
  • Regular measurement and business reviews with every Area Manager of their sales results based on key performance indicators (KPIs), to analyse and reinforce positive activities and to plan and implement corrective activities where applicable
  • Regular reviews with Head of Sales and any other stakeholders to report Division and Area business results
  • Training and development, robust and uniform execution of PATD standards and Field Management Process

  • Partner with Field Trainers to ensure uniform and flawless execution of sales processes (PATD) in the Division; including implementation of any new processes.
  • Division alignment and adherence to agreed Field Management Processes at Division Manager and Area Manager levels
  • Be a role model to Area Managers, Field Trainers and Sales Leaders in terms of demonstrating direct selling and network marketing skills.
  • Strong coaching skills to develop Area Managers and Sales Leaders
  • Participate and feedback at all levels of coaching process in the field : Area Managers to Sales Leaders
  • Partner with Field Trainers to :
  • Evaluate effectiveness of various Sales initiatives in the field
  • Ensure effective and replicable training on PATD and Field Management processes of Area Sales Managers in other Divisions.
  • Ensure effective induction process for Sales Trainers
  • Continuous development of personal business and network marketing expertise combined with development of core competencies and skills
  • Drive field events on a Division and Area level.
  • Building, developing and inspiring a team :

  • Partner with Head of Sales and internal support to create a portfolio of talent in the Area Manager groups and implement appropriate development activities and progress measurement.
  • Partner with Field Training Manager & HR to succession plan for Area Manager roles
  • Identify and develop potential successors for Division Manager and Field Trainer positions.
  • Effective and motivational communication of Company and Sale Strategies via cascade in the field
  • Partner with internal support functions to create and deliver inspirational presentations to all field levels at National and Divisional levels
  • High touch motivational activities to drive and encourage team to achieve exceptional results, celebrate successes and share best practice
  • Setting and monitoring individual and team business goals
  • Partner with top Sales Leaders to support with achievement of their individual business plans; integration of key top leaders into Divisional activities
  • Other Duties :

  • Divisional budget managing
  • Participating in Sales Strategy and project meetings
  • Participating in organizing meetings and conferences for Area Managers, Sales Leaders and Representatives
  • Direct cooperation with Sales Support, Commercial Marketing and other internal support functions
  • Performing other tasks assigned by Head of Sales

    Job Requirements :

  • Education required : University degree nice to have (preferred : marketing and management)
  • Experience : Significant experience in a Sales function. Proven managerial experience
  • Special skills required for position :

  • high level of leadership & interpersonal skills, impact and influence, interpersonal communication, creativity, building partnership in a team, change management, analytical
  • NO problem mindset, positive attitude are a must
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, Lotus Notes, internet use
  • Driving license
  • English knowledge nice to have
