Position Description

The role of the Account Manager Office Based is to execute a local plan to protect existing customer revenue; develop existing customer potential in line with the commercial policy and increase customer loyalty.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Annual budget Existing business : Within an assigned Portfolio of small existing customers, drive business growth through new lanes expansions
  • Drive call campaign following up strategic market penetration plan
  • Coordinate with account managers to set and organize for them field visits for major-opportunities
  • Account Control : Coordinate with CSO in order to support customer and liaise with other departments to ensure accuracy in audit reconciliation processes
  • Revenue stream Manage activities to meet budget targets and profitability levels and reinforce pool discipline with customers.
  • Maintain continuity of business participate in a smooth handover from sales, establish maintain relationships and service levels to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction (NPS) and retain business.
  • Process implementation with customers Introduce existing customers to latest CHEP technology, policies and processes.

  • Legal Compliance (Zero Harm)

  • Sales / customer service in a service company where analysis and attention to detail are key success factor
  • Substantial phone service of customers as well as face to face
