The role of the Account Manager Office Based is to execute a local plan to protect existing customer revenue; develop existing customer potential in line with the commercial policy and increase customer loyalty.
Key Accountabilities :
Annual budget Existing business : Within an assigned Portfolio of small existing customers, drive business growth through new lanes expansions
Drive call campaign following up strategic market penetration plan
Coordinate with account managers to set and organize for them field visits for major-opportunities
Account Control : Coordinate with CSO in order to support customer and liaise with other departments to ensure accuracy in audit reconciliation processes
Revenue stream Manage activities to meet budget targets and profitability levels and reinforce pool discipline with customers.
Maintain continuity of business participate in a smooth handover from sales, establish maintain relationships and service levels to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction (NPS) and retain business.
Process implementation with customers Introduce existing customers to latest CHEP technology, policies and processes.
