Primary responsibilities include in-depth analytics reviews and analysis, data mining activities, historical trends analysis, audience analysis, complex performance indicators, benchmark data and forecasting / projection methodologies, solution design collaboration and employee mentoring.
Develop and deliver analysis and insights with clear and actionable recommendations that drive strategic and tactical decisions related to platform optimization and overall strategy.
Identify core insights from the data to suggest, create and execute multivariate or A / B / n tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience (from hypothesis creation, to influencing creative, to measuring / reporting results).
Design and build automated solutions for business intelligence and reporting dashboards.
Work with various marketing teams to provide reporting. Typical deliverables will include weekly / monthly reports, scheduled or ad-hoc analysis, data consolidation and validation, customer dashboard maintenance, and documenting / presenting recommendations for improving processes and overall site performance.
Perform complex ad-hoc queries and analyses that combine multiple tools and data sources and types, including analysis for other stakeholders / projects.
Advise and provide training to internal stakeholders in the use of analytics tools.
Communication and relationship with key stakeholders in other departments.
Learn continuously and pursue prescriptive, programmatic and algorithmic analysis while serving as the expert for the company.
