British American Tobacco currently have an exciting opportunity for a Social Selling Coordinator role, based in our offices in Rome.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Team performance monitoring, analysis & control;
  • Market Insights : monitor area trends and new opportunities;
  • Grant business objectives achievement;
  • Manage and lead Social Selling Trainers & support team work via ongoing reporting;
  • Provide insights to optimize the current way of working;
  • Explore new ways to make the business more efficient and effective;
  • OTIF implementation of agreed cycle plans;
  • Ensure smooth way of working between local Field Force and Social Selling structures;
  • Identify key talents in the Social Selling structures .
  • Essential requirements :

  • At least 5-7 years of experience as a Team Leader in FMCG, preferable with sales background in B2C;
  • Open to be mobile and travel;
  • Excellent Analytical skills - experience in area performance monitoring and control;
  • Problem solving attitude;
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, positive and constructive attitude;
  • A good capacity for organization, including the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel in a very fast-moving environment;
  • Experience in team management;
  • Good knowledge of Office package;
  • Advance level of written and spoken Italian and English language.
