Purpose of the role :

Perfect Store is a global methodology that aims to support sales and facilitate business results.

The Perfect Store Specialist works in strict collaboration with Sales and Category Planning in order to focus on priorities and drive actions to reach results, setting, monitoring and facilitating the achievement of Perfect Store KPIs which drive Annual Plan execution.

Main responsibilities :

  • 2019 Annual Plan implementation according with categories strategy and priorities
  • Actions definition to challenge sales in order to accomplish 2019 objectives
  • Support sales in shopper research results dissemination and space allocation projects, especially in case of massive requests
  • Monitoring KPI monthly trend vs plan expectations
  • Fine-tune KPI definition and tracking, including relation with Nielsen (reporting provider)
  • Collaboration with Sales and external Sales forces to define quarterly target
  • Support sales into Perfect Store data analysis to enhance discussion with commercial partners
  • Priorities definition in collaboration with category planning
  • Support Trade Activation Manager in managing process and business governance, in coordination with Meals branch
  • Provide International reporting requested
  • WISE project involvement.
  • Candidate Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Engineering / Statistics
  • Strong capability of navigating and managing numbers and analysis
  • Reactiveness and good level of autonomy
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in FMCG (in Sales / Category Planning / Category Management)
  • English language - required.
