Position SummaryAre you a talentedIS / IT Technology Expert ready to join our Workforce 360 Collaboration, Content and Portal Services team in Milan, Italy?
We need you to help our team guide and promote the optimal use of our Personal Productivity, Discovery, and Insightproductswithin the supporting business requirements.
You are accountable for specific development and the relateddeliverables, including preliminary studies and technology evolution.
A Day in the Life of a Technology Expert
Consult, guide, and provide specialist technical support for our Personal Productivity, Discovery, and Insight products
Recommend how to improve the personal productivity effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through the improved use of technology
Facilitate new and evolving business and operating models through your thorough understanding of technology trends and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies
Help design governance, assurance and standards required to ensurepersonal productivity technology compliance
Liaise closely with suppliers, defining significant functional, technical and process integration decisions
What else will make you successful?
Certified on and / or expertise working with and developing for Microsoft personal productivity solutions; in particular Office 365 (Delve, myAnalytics, andsearch), Office Pro Plus, Visio, Project, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online as a functional, technical and development consultant
Understanding of Agile / DevOps methods and processes with proven ability to participate in Agile project teams, providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impacts, and risks
Experience working in advisory councils, industry user groups, and key technology partners (vendors, Account Managers, Product Managers, Lab advocates and Executives)
Understandingof the practical application of personal productivity technology trends identified byleading industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester) and new evolving business models
Good English communicationskills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums (face-to-face and remote virtual teams)
Adaptable, flexible and dynamic while keeping a user centric approach
Valid work permit for the European Union
