  • Position with experience and industry knowledge Multinational Programs and Primary Lead Business
  • Support of underwriting units in daily business tasks

  • Ability to connect dots and provide administrative and technical support for the respective business unit

  • Decision Making Level / Position latitude :

  • Tasks typically are Client and Business directed and are under direct supervision
  • Position Scope Data :

  • Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, seminars, and programs to learn about new processes and guidelines, learn new skills, and stay updated with the team supported.
  • Core Responsibilities :

  • High level of interaction and coordination with team members
  • Enter and maintain information in systems and tools, including documents, process changes and associated open / completed tasks
  • Create and maintain electronic records and hard copies if required following established guidelines and processes
  • Regularly interact with external customers
  • Interact with on-shore / off-shore staff and handle document processing for teams supported, as appropriate
  • Additional Responsibilities :

  • Conduct initial deal analysis and prepare applicable account data
  • Support teams in organizing and preparing data for client meetings
  • Compile, sort, review and verify data accuracy using source documents, detect errors, and initiate correction while following-
  • up with customer or process owner regarding any inconsistencies found

  • Follow-up on outstanding documents or items, per guidelines
  • Perform assigned rule-based tasks following standard operating procedures
  • Education :

  • Associates / Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant job experience
  • Relevant professional experience :

  • Knowledge and understanding of Re / Insurance business, particularly in Primary Lead Insurance with focus on International Programs both, Incoming and Outgoing
  • Linguistics :

  • Excellent communication skills (reading, written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Italian and English, German is a plus
  • Additional languages of relevant markets are desirable
  • Technical Competencies for this Job :

  • Demonstrates profound computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Package (Special focus on Word and Excel)
  • Demonstrates competency in : intermediate level math administrative and clerical procedures and general economic / accounting principles
  • Ability to work both independently or collaboratively while establishing priorities; ability to handle multiple task in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify and report problems or errors while working with significant amounts of detailed information
  • Applies knowledge to technical and processing tasks through daily activities and responsibilities
