You will be offered an opportunity to join our Team following Sustainability & Enterprise Risk Management engagements. You will provide expert advice to clients in understanding the impact of sustainability on their business model, identify innovative approaches to develop their sustainability strategy and report sustainability performance and targets to stakeholders, embedding sustainability into their internal processes.
In particular, you will support the Solutions team in the activities of analysis and implementation of sustainability strategies, methodological support for the drafting of sustainability reports, verification of compliance with international principles and guidelines in the field of sustainability, review of sustainability reports, ESG due diligence
Essential Duties and responsibilities :
Contribute to the definition and implementation of strategies, sustainability plans and related objectives
Support in the compilation of ESG Assessment and ratings (e.g. S&CP CSA, CDP Climate Change, UN PRI, etc.)
Support the delivery helping partners and colleagues.
Collect all feedbacks and classify based on importance / urgency.
Investigate the proposed changes and focus on more relevant.
Perform analysis on solution and identify areas that may indicate compliance risks.
Work with compliance, legal and business intelligence (BI) leads to interpret and map regulatory reporting requirements.
Contribution to develop trusted client relationships vital to the success of the solution.
Maintaining an understanding of client business goals and challenges and acting as client advocate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
Encouraging client feedback to help drive the development of CCH Tagetik solutions.
Job Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics
Strong interest in Corporate Social Responsibility, Climate Change and Sustainability areas
Good technology knowledge and business acumen
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work as functional lead on the assigned tasks
Outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skills
Confident communication style with strong presentation skills
Self-aware, motivated, coachable and poised, able to work seamlessly as part of a team
Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of English
Nice to have :
Experience in the management of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) data in the financial sector
Good Knowledge of the LEED, WELL and BREEAM certification systems
Minimum experience working with programming language SQL
System Integration experience and troubleshooting skills
