We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.
The candidate will be placed in an organized and customer-focused environment and will have to collaborate and support the other team members in achieving common goals and maintaining an adequate level of service.
He / she will be the contact point for management of operational issues related to order entry, deliveries, complaints and will have to deal with internal functions to provide the best service and solution to the customer.
Duties and responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, emails and customer service inquiries
Handle order management and order entry process and send acknowledgment to the customer
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete assistance and information by using the right methods / tools
Meet personal / customer service team targets and deadlines
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to identify customer needs and improve their experience
Availability to travel in Italy / abroad 5% of working time
3 years of experience
Experience as a customer service representative
Excellent English and preferably a second language (French, German, Russian)
Good relationship and communication skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
Ability to work in teams, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Tech-savvy, familiar with the use of MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Microsoft Teams or other digital tools to improve processes and use statistics to improve internal processes
