ROLE SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager Procurement, the Procurement Operations Co-Ordinator is responsible for two key activities to manage the co-oordination for the contract manufacturing business of SC Johnson in Europe : Cost Cards (СС) management and coordination and Product Instruction Handbook (PIH) сoordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES

CC management and coordination assumes the following tasks :

Analyst is responsible for the full CC management process including consolidation of cost buckets information (direct material pricing, labor & burden costs, scrap rates), creation of CC, and final validation with contract manufacturers of SCJ (3PMs) as well as maintaining SAP with updated Finished Goods conditions.

Apart from regular CC updates on quarterly basis, Analyst will support CC management process for adhoc project related requests (ex.

new products, product line extensions, etc).

Analyst will be working with X-functional team to meet flawless CC management process execution including Direct materials Procurement, Contract manufacturing Procurement, Finance, Planning, and Engineering.

Analyst will be exposed to communication with external parties contract manufacturers of SCJ.

Analyst is responsible for ensuring СС compliance and reporting.

PIH coordination assumes the following tasks :

Analyst is responsible for full PIH coordination process including receiving internal PIH requests, processing those with the global shared service center, validating documents completeness and ensuring external approval by contract manufacturers of SCJ (3PMs).

Analyst will be working with X-functional team to meet flawless PIH coordination process execution including Project Management, RD&E and Technical functions, Quality, Supply Planning, and Procurement.

Analyst will be exposed to communication with external parties contract manufacturers of SCJ.

Analyst is responsible for ensuring PIH compliance and reporting.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field of study.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or administration or dealing with customers

Fluency in English is a must and a good level of Italian.

Good skills with Excel and managing massive databases.

Operate (or willing to learn to operate) in SAP environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good attention to details.

Relentless and versatile learner and action-oriented person.

You need to be legally eligible to work in country of application.
