To support our clients in the Digital Transformation process, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager. He / she will be in charge to take Dealers into the digital innovation in their own sales & marketing activities.
Become the point of reference to guide dealers
Support our customers in defining their digital strategy
Sales and upselling activities to achieve the budget in cooperation with our Sales Department
Develop a complete solution, strong and ready to go for customers to support their growth process
Support and guide customers in applying the DealerK Method
Coaching and training of Web Marketing, Lead Generation and Lead Management processes and tools
1-2 years of experience in Sales, Account and Consultancy functions
experience in development and management of Web Marketing strategy / campaign
experience in B2B market (knowledge of Dealer Automotive market is lovable!)
