Digital & Analytics Lead objective is to drive innovation and "fast moving" solution for the Company ICT (Web and Digital Channels, IoT, Customer interaction channels, Analytics, etc), leveraging Agile approaches to respond rapidly to emerging needs.
Digital & Analytics Lead in charge of the development of innovation territories, to influence main stakeholders and underpin business ideation.
Key focus of this role is also to drive and manage Analytics and Data driven capabilities identifying and implementing and managing needed platform and solutions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead the development of new concepts through the innovation pipeline, (from 'idea' stage, to proposition development, to customer testing, to project initiation where applicable).
This includes engaging stakeholders, preparing for facilitating workshops, capturing and distributing output, assessing commercial implications and making recommendations to relevant governing body.
Lead proposition development sessions where concepts are turned into prototypes / visualizations to allow customer testing and lead the delivery of these prototypes as the business sponsor.
Support teams overall objectives with various innovation programs in culture, prototyping and ideation.
Manage and control "information" across overall organization ensuring needed capabilities of Data collection and management, Reporting and provide analytics capabilities.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital technologies, preferably from a data digital player or fast evolving company.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Analytics data management area.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven people management skills.
Deep knowledge of emerging digital technologies and their related business value (e.g. Internet Of Things, Analytics, Automation / Artificial / Intelligence, Digital Marketing).
