Marketing function. For Amplifon, marketing media strategy is the the key pillar for new customers acquisition and for the company’s healthy growth.

Leading and managing marketing media mix strategy in Amplifon mainly means driving performances and business results, constantly looking for the best multichannel and innovative way.

Main activities The Media Investment Associate Manager will support the Italy Customer Acquisition Manager in the following activities : Define multi-

media strategy plan and media mix to reach and activate our leads in the most effective and efficient way Manage TV and Digital budgets understanding business objectives and design TV and Digital plan to lead business performances, leading Amplifon media agency partner Monitor and analyse performances across media on line e off line Monitor and develop Amplifon digital properties (i.

  • e. website) and improve digital strategies in order to raise customer's digital experience Drive content needs starting from media insight and cooperate with Content department to build the best editorial and content plan Skills and Experiences University degree required (B&A, marketing, communication, management engeneering);
  • Significant experience (at least 5 year) in media plan (especially in TV planning) gained in companies or agencies Experience in digital marketing tactics and best practices Expertise in Google Analytics Expertise in Adobe Analytics and Content Management Systems is a plus Experience and proven contribution to significant cultural transformation;
  • Knowledge of Media communication channels Good communication skills Attitude for band KPI monitoring Fluent in English Ability to work in cross functional and international teams We are looking for a creative and proactive candidate who wants to make the difference every day, working in a fast environment.
