He / she conducts researches, comes up with ideas, creates plans, builds relationships with stakeholders, implements and coordinates activities and initiatives, which are designed to have a positive impact on environment and local communities and within the brand building plan.
Develop strategic and operational plan links to CSV themes for each Brand, in cooperation with Brand managersCoordinate and implement projects and initiatives, in line with CSV brand plan, designed to have a positive impact on environment and local communities.
All projects and initiatives are defined and implemented in cooperation with DIRCOM, PCA and DT / SC (in particularly for environmental project)Analyze areas of impact with Technical Department and promote and support a footprint reduction strategy.
Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing, External communication or Corporate Social Responsibility Previous experience in Multinational Companies with strong focus on creating shared value.
Flexibility, ability to manage complexity, Negotiation skills, strong relationship skillsEnglish is a must
