With an overall market online environment understanding in terms of consumer and customer needs, define the assigned products line ups offer and product online marketing strategy in terms of pricing, product mix and online channel distribution in harmony with guidelines of the offline channel.
Support overall sell-in negotiation process and identify proper sell-out support activities. Implement opportunities to improve the channel performance working closely with the IM Omnichannel & Online Marketing Manager and coordinating with the Trade -Marketing and Marcom teams
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Improvement of brand visibility and product positioning within the major online platforms in order to maximize sales volumes and profit, guaranteeing the consistency with other sales channels.
Coordinate and supervise all Online Market analysis activities, including market trends, consumer preferences and behaviour, competitors benchmarking;
Define product and line ups offer for online channel and proper go to market activities, including flash sales, voucher promotion, cross selling and up selling actions and related analysis of the redemption of the campaigns implemented
Utilize strategic insight and organizational skills to identify unmet consumer needs and opportunities; effectively utilize metrics to demonstrate problems and indicate success;
Liaise with other Product Marketing Teams and Sales teams to define the most effective line-up / mix by channel;
Define, implement and manage online digital marketing plans with the main channel partners
Define pricing strategy and plans, including consumer pricing and transfer price, to be cascaded to Sales team, including price erosion roadmap;
Support sales forecast; monitor and address forecast gap vs. actual (quantities, value, distribution);
Define proper product proposition and main selling points and contribute to develop online marketing plans and strategies for new and existing products ;
Manage and track Product Marketing activities budget, within the given guidelines ;
Assure and prepare proper internal business strategies reviews for top management;
Analyse and report on campaign performance, looking for optimization opportunities to improve overall effectiveness and ROI.
Create compelling and insightful PowerPoint presentations that clearly articulate the impact of digital marketing initiatives on the growth of the business.
Set-up and maintain an effective monitoring dashboard, in order to have always clear and full visibility about Samsung IM products online environment.
Dialogue with partners to make improvements and / or fix issues.
Monitor competition and research new trends in digital marketing to identify opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications / Requirements :
Educational Background : Master's degree in a marketing / business-related discipline.
Professional Background : 3-5 years exp in digital roles. Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining online marketing strategies;
technical marketing skills; relevant product and industry knowledge; analyzing large and complex data, draw valuable and actionable insights from.
Computer Knowledge : Excellent Excel , Power Point required.
Language Knowledge : Very good written English; very good spoken English.
Travel required : 20% domestic transfers. International transfers may frequently occur.
