We are looking for a dynamic, organized and passionate candidate who will join the HR Manufacturing & Labor Relations Italian team.
The role is important for promoting our employees initiatives, providing great internal customer support and driving HR functional excellence and processes improvement.
Support the HR Plant Manager in people management (around 400 people)
Provide to the HR Manufacturing Manager the best contribution on labor law application and interpretation and in regarding the labor relation;
Be a master in labor law, national contract and company agreements, providing a continues advise to the managers;
Independently work and deliver administrative activities
Attend the internal meeting with the Unions reps with the Hr Plant Manager;
Develop training plans both for blue and white collars populations, aligned with the business strategy.
Be the point of reference for the external HR suppliers.
Support the Integrated Lean 6 Sigma journey in the plant, specifically on : preparation and deployment of internal surveys to track people needs, monitor plant Kpi's relating Moral;
Contribute to the performance evaluation processes helping the HR Plant Manager and the managers in order to support talent agenda strategy
Collaborate with the global HR team for the local implementation of global HR projects.
At least 2 years of HR generalist experience (hard and soft areas of HR) developed in a multinational manufacturing company
Strong Self Learning and Learning Agility
Master degree in Economics, Law or Management
Excellent written and spoken English and Italian
Proficiency in MS Office, Analytical skills
Effective communication skills
Willingness to learn in HR proactively
