The incumbent will be the head of the team that manages performance management in the organization. This role leads the development of PM related tool and internal capacities in this area, leading efforts to further improve the performance management practices and culture in WFP.
The organization is the middle of revamping its approach to PM and career management and this person is expected to play a key role in these areas.
The team that the incumbent is joining is in addition to the performance management and career development, is expected to contribute to the leadership and staff engagement areas.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY :
Use this knowledge to identify areas for improvement, share insights with global teams, and build capability in this area.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Advanced university degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field, or first level degree with extensive work experience
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in performance management and experience in career advancement processes.

Fluency (level C) in English language and intermediate knowledge (level B) of a second official UN language : Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish, and / or WFP’s working language, Portuguese.
