Location End User Support Services Team

Reporting into Group Chief Technology Officer (GCTO) End User Support Services (EUSS) Globally, the local (EUSS) team is responsible for proximity support, site operations and local client management.

As the local lead for High-Touch support in Milan you are responsible for :

  • High touch / proximity support to the trader and executive user population for all end user technology components (desktop, voice, collaboration tools etc.)
  • Local incident management and coordination with both local and central infrastructure and application teams
  • Event management
  • Product deployments in coordination with product and project teams globally
  • Role is covered in two shifts to ensure coverage from 7 : 30 to 18 : 30
  • You Offer

  • A good technical understanding is vital
  • Strong client management and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English, Italian is advantageous
  • You have previous experience with the following technologies :
  • Windows 7 / Windows 10
  • Microsoft Office
  • VDI (VMWare)
  • Skype for Business (and mobile)
  • Blackberry (Work and Access)
  • ServiceNow
  • Market Data (Bloomberg, Reuters)
  • Trader Voice (preferably BT ITS)
  • Speakerbus
  • IPTV (preferably Tripleplay)
  • LAN / MAN / WAN network troubleshooting (preferably Cisco)
