Purpose of the position :

The purpose of the Passenger Cars and Light Commercial Vehicles Fleet Key Account Manager aims to guarantee the achievement of the sales objectives in the assigned area, through visiting and monitoring the customer companies acquired and through the acquisition of new customers.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Manage the assigned area to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual targets assigned in the long term company and rental channels, lied to both passenger cars and commercial vehicles;
  • Study and apply the action plans in compliance to the service standards policy required by the National Sales Company and draw up eventual corrective action plans;
  • Collect information relating to the forecast of orders for the current months, twice a month (first and last week);
  • Ensure the loyalty of customer companies, working on customer satisfaction especially in difficult situation, increasing the corporate identity of the National Sales Company;
  • Manage all the relationships with key customer representatives (large fleet companies, LTR Companies field managers, strategic dealers) to develop and maintain a long term relationship and to maximize sales opportunities within them or through their cooperation;
  • Must constantly updated about National Sales Company communications relating to marketing and fleet policies, launch of new products, leasing, rental, price lists and accessories;
  • Manage negotiations and support the National Sales Company about the definition of rebate plans, management of loan for use of demo visibility cars.
  • Requirements :

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics;
  • At least 3 years’ experience in similar role or in long term rental activity;
  • Knowledge of Converter Industry;
  • Know how about different types of Converted light commercial vehicles;
  • Key Account Sales Management (sales performance management, sales process, marketing, reporting and analysis);
  • Quality Management System;
  • Initiative and independence;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Results orientation;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Planning and organizing;
  • High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;
  • Languages skills : Italian, English.
