Job Description Summary :
Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment, or other hardware systems and / or electrical engineering applications.
Determines design approaches and parameters. Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results.
Selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability. May also review vendor capability to support product development.
Job Description :
Engineers qualifying for this position will be responsible for supporting the development of power management ICs within the communication and enterprise power business unit Cloud and Data Center.
Products include standalone, POL, and multi-function switching regulators for the major server and enterprise (data center) OEMs.
Candidates will work with a team of engineers to define and develop new products and control architectures. The job requires solid analog and digital power systems design ability with commensurate laboratory skills.
Additional job responsibilities include writing circuit documentation and application notes. Clear and concise communications skills are also essential.
