    PRIMARY FUNCTION :

    The Product Performance Specialist covers activities which include also Product Technical Specialist responsibilities in the management of escalation concerning field technical issues.

    Main customers / stakeholders being Technical Support, Retail Customers, Dealer Organization, FPT Field Organizations, Engineering, Technical Services, Assembly Plants.

    Q&R Specialist , NPQ , PTS, Product Support, PIP department

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

    Answer high level technical questions (from STS) escalated from local markets

    Prepare the technical information (Service Bulletin, PIP Instruction, Claim Filing instruction, ASIST knowledge ) and coordinate and support to markets and dealers

    Prioritize technical issues (PC master) from the field and escalate them to the CPM for resolution.

    Collect information from field (interacting with CNHi Product Support and Quality) in order to proper configure the issues

    Serve as the primary filter for product field issues (Quality & Reliability )

    Properly identify, define and prioritize the issues using : One call / ASIST Concerns, warranty data ( MERF , CORF , Recent production reports), market / field input

    Lead CPM team timely and effectively . (weekly CPM / QIT meeting ).

    Active player on diagnosis , CPM , EWT , and Platform Teams to develop action plans to drive continuous product improvement.

    Develop action plan and Road Map to meet warranty target

    Initiate, submit and track approval and monitor all PIP’s for product of responsibility.

    Drive the improvement of quality performance (warranty costs ACPU F100) to meet targets (Budget, SBP, Forecast)

    QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :

    Degree in Engineering and / or equivalent work experience Deep technical background, experience on diesel engines Good interpersonal skills and excellent teamwork attitude Computer literacy (Microsoft Office advanced skills)
