CSO Department Overview
Within OVH, the CSO department manages business development for offerings through every channel, covering all products and universes.
Driven and results oriented, the sales teams build a double knowledge of OVH customers and products to maximize the value proposition and make sure that OVH stands out from the competition.
With a presence in France and internationally, the CSO department develops telesales, direct sales and partnership activities with other IT players to offer innovative services to their customers.
As Account Sales Manager, you will support business development by building a long-term relationship with your customer portfolio.
You will implement a sales strategy for your customers, taking into account their needs and expectations. You will also ensure they are satisfied with the products and solutions offered.
Main Job / Responsibilities / Tasks
Implement a sales strategy for a portfolio of middle-market customers, taking into account their needs and expectations
Carry out information monitoring (news, priorities, strategy...) on all customers assigned to you in order to identify their issues, constraints and goals and thereby support the lifecycle of the account
Continuously analyse the market, its evolution and competitor activity; benchmarking
Implement the portfolio management strategy
Evaluate revenue streams and determine financial projections according to the business opportunities identified
Support business development for a portfolio of middle-market customers and prospects and build a long-term relationship with these customers
Ensure business development and growth for the customers assigned to you
Apply the sales policy in close collaboration with the management
Conduct a detailed needs analysis and lead the sales response until the customer’s final decision
Evaluate, reference and optimize business opportunities with the help of the CRM tool
Centralize all customer information in the CRM tool
Transfer projects to operational teams and monitor these projects from a sales perspective
Review and respond to public and private calls for bids, or entrust them to an OVH partner
Ensure customer satisfaction with the products and solutions offered
Ensure the management and monitoring of customer relationships
Required skills / background
Italian mother tongue
Good understanding of OVH products (desirable)
Knowledge of the IT sector
Customer and user orientation
Passion for IT
Ability to adapt and work independently in order to integrate into new teams, work on very different projects and constantly stay up to date with new technologies
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a strong ability to create and maintain a long-term relationship with the customers assigned to you
Prioritize customer satisfaction, keeping in mind return on investment
2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
