At LivaNova, we serve health and improve lives. Day by day. Life by life. POSITION SUMMARY The Commercial Excellence Manager is a key resource providing comprehensive CRM and analytics support to the assigned Region.
The nature of the role serves to increase productivity within the commercial function as well as working on pricing strategies, track business performance, diagnose issues and areas of opportunities, provide data driven recommendations, create and maintain the CRM and analytics roadmap as required by the business. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Manage delivery of accessible sales data on a regular basis to the Sales Teams to inform on progress and strategy
Interface with the International Central Team in relation to CRM design, roll out and maintenance
Support the development and implementation of business planning tools and reporting that maximize the commercial performance and the sales plan execution
Establish and maintain performance dashboards
Continuously optimize operational efficiency while maintaining high data quality
Analyze information at all levels, down to segmentation and account-level, to enhance a strategic knowledge of the market place and support tactics to increase sales force execution
Proactively identify opportunities for business performance improvements
Develop reports and metrics to drive commercial excellence improvements across the Region
Work closely with the Region VP and the Sales Teams as a business partner to support the commercial strategy, provide guidance, establish best practices and take new market opportunities
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
English proficiency is a must
Advanced level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to manage and work as part of a collaborative team

EDUCATION Science Graduate, preferably with an MBA EXPERIENCE
6+ years’ experience in commercial excellence, sales effectiveness or similar roles
Experience with CRM systems (i.e. SalesForce) is required
Experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry is preferred
Ability to travel within the assigned Region when requested.
