The country eCommerce Analyst will be working alongside eCommerce Manager to capture and analyze online user behaviors using site metric tools, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to general understanding and will present findings and clear recommendations to teams and leaders within the organization.
A day in the life of... eCommerce Analyst
Analyze website metrics and KPIs and develop reports / tools to track website performance, business trends, customer behavior and other key success indicators;
Recommend improvements to the website experience based on quantitative and qualitative data analysis;
Develop effective relationships with related groups in Digital, eCommerce and Marketing to turn insights into action on the site;
Ensure alignment with business stakeholder to communicate complex constraints and opportunities to non-technical decision makers;
Help gain consensus on business and technical decisions and ensure that appropriate resources are employed to deliver high quality results;
Contributing to the overall objective of providing best-in-class digital user experience across eCommerce boutiques.
What will make you successful
Relevant functional business analyst experience, in eCommerce & Digital;
Experience in eCommerce platforms management (including mobile & Social);
Good knowledge of Website structure (i.e. Content Management, Merchandising, A / B testing & personalization);
Understanding of Omniture / Google Analytics or any other system of webmetrics tracking tool is a plus, as well experience in SEO optimization;
Business degree in Statistics, Management or similar;
Fluent in English.
