Sr. Process Engineering
to be located in Forli, Italy
This means on a daily routine basis :
Demonstrates a clear commitment to a strong safety culture and the drive to achieve an incident free work environment.
Support the manufacturing sites and businesses for raw material qualifications, scaleup activities, technology improvements, MES, SAP and PI data consumptions / inventories, global compounding asset utilization, and global business strategy development.
Assists in maintaining unit knowledge and provides training on new equipment and procedures. Recommends modifications to processes and equipment and helps drive their implementation to achieve strategic goals for mfg.
Ability to work hands-on in the field, and in cooperation with PPT / Ops supervisor and area personnel.
Maintains continuity and communication between the site personal and CTG leadership staffs for priorities, progress, and adherence to timelines of projects and CTG tasks to achieve goals for all CTG priorities.
Cooperates with sites and businesses to ensure work is being accomplished and in timely manner performed with success.
Technical documentation : Write trial letters, trial reports and create training materials.
Understands the Celanese work processes and is looking for opportunities to improve.
Ability to clearly communicate (written and verbal) effectively with a wide variety of personnel including management, operations, engineering and vendors.
Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP, MES, PI, Chip).
Demonstrated knowledge and ownership of the process and the unit goals.
Understanding of compounding equipment and process as well as a desire to learn new things.
Ability to manage and direct people as well as adjust to changing priorities.
Positive attitude and outlook.
Good organizational skills with focus on house keeping.
