Isobar Italy is seeking a Technical Project Manager responsible for leading and overseeing IT projects from kickoff through launch, coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be the owner of the delivery of large and medium projects, focusing on the value for the customer, the quality of the delivery, and the team.

Responsibilities

Establish a deep understanding of the client’s business, processes, and procedures and apply that knowledge to affect the project’s success

Create and maintain a detailed project plan

Assign and oversee the daily tasks of the team while ensuring all are actively working toward established milestones

Collaborate with internal and external teams and stakeholders to creatively solve problems and brainstorm solutions

Identify risks, threats, as well as opportunities that could impact the success of the project, notifying the team and escalating issues when appropriate

Identify deviations between project scope and desired deliverables, initiating change requests as needed

Control the quality by reviewing deliverables prior to client presentation; enhance internal and external deliverables / documents;

suggest process improvements

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field

5+ years of project management experience, preferably within a digital agency or consulting firm with experience in managing complex projects

Ability to coordinate, encourage and motivate internal teams

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Demonstrated experience in managing technical projects

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Agile and / or classic Project Management certification is a plus
