The Customer Engineeringspecialist is a role that deals with the Introduction of New Products and the definition of New Solutions that fulfill the Technical Requirements and Final users needs of a Fixed Access Network.
The Cloud and Systems Specialist will contribute to this mission with the technical competence coming with the newest Telco technologies.
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
Working with clear guidance and supervision in his / her area of New Product Introduction ( run Product or Solution Demos, Lab Trials, Field Trials, support formal Homologations or Type Approvals by customer on our products or solutions
Providing technical support during pilot introduction of new products in customer networks) for pre-sales activities or deployment projects by delivering his / her outcomes with the expected quality, timely and according to estimated cost / duration.
Performing routine assignments within standardized procedures and practices with regular supervision to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Receiving instructions, guidance and direction from others and uses own knowledge and existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Preparing New Product Introduction related activities under guidance within standard guidelines and processes.
Setting up the Test Lab environment and generates New Product Introduction documentation of the planned activities with guidance.
Co-ordinating and collects required inputs for New Product Introduction activities.

Operative Systems Administrator
Programming background. Ability to create scripts in shell, perl, etc
IP networks : Basic knowledge (L2 : Bridging concepts. L2 protocols : LACP, IGMP / L3 : IPv4, IPv6. L3 protocols)
Analyzing the information security, detecting weaknesses and evaluating technological risks.
Fault and Performance Monitoring for Functionality Quality Assurance
Microservices approach knowledge
