Civitanavi Systems was established in 2012 with a vision to become a principal player in the provision of the design, development and manufacture of high-tech solutions of Inertial Navigation, Geo Reference and Stabilization systems for both industrial and defense use (dual-use).

The company has been able to quickly develop and assemble a team of world leading experts in inertial technology with a solid background in the design and development of inertial sensors, navigation software, certification and manufacturing processes.

The company has acquired customers and end users for its inertial products in both industrial (mining, oil and gas) and defence (naval, land and air domains) in a relatively short time.

Civitanavi Systems Srl is a privately held company owned by Civitanavi Systems Ltd (Holding company). Civitanavi Systems combines an international pool of strategic investors of the holding company.

Job Summary

To increase the administrative and financial staff, Civitanavi wants to insert a medium level resource, who is able to autonomously manage a group of people, to plan the activities of the department, to collaborate with the department and to achieve the objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

The candidate must be able to :

  • Collaborate with the General Management to achieve general and profit objectives;
  • Manage the administrative and financial process;
  • Ensuring the fiscal regularity of the Company and the company acquittals;
  • Coordinate processes in the areas of administration, finance, financial analysis, reporting and budgeting;
  • Ensuring the implementation of the directives and plans within the set terms, through the efficient management of the resources for which it is responsible;
  • Respond to the failure to achieve the objectives assigned to the function, to the collaborators and to the Administration and Finance Department.
  • Qualification and Skills

    Required Skills

  • Master's degree in Economics;
  • Good knowledge of tax regulations;
  • Good knowledge of accounting records and financial statements;
  • Good knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • English Language (written and spoken) : B1 or greater;
  • Work passion and aptitude for continuous improvement;
  • Teamwork oriented, also to support other company functions;
  • Ability to operate with accuracy and precision;
  • Ability to manage relations with national and international companies and authorities.
  • Optional Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
