Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.
The unit Group HR & Organization Program Management :
facilitates the successful governance of Group-wide, HR related initiatives and processes;
plans and actively supports HR governance mechanisms (e.g. HR Council) at Group level;
coordinates the communication activities for Group-wide HR topics both for internal and external purposes;
incentives discussion and best practice sharing within the Global HR Community.
The unit directly reports to the Group Chief HR & Organization Officer and has as main interfaces the Heads of the Group Centers of Expertise (Leadership Development, Reward, Organization) as well as all local HR Directors and offers a comprenhensive view and direct involvement in activities of a Group HR function within a multinational company.
The successful candidate will act as a key interface for all communication activities related to the HR function and, in particular will :
draft periodic communications and publications dedicated to the Global HR Community, acting as a direct interface vs. all local HR teams;
support the collection and harmonization of information related to non-confidential HR projects and KPIs monitored for internal or external purposes, liaising with relevant internal counterparts (local HR teams, Communication, Finance);
support the definition and communication of the new Group People Strategy;
support and monitor the implementation of functional post Engagement Survey actions;
draft functional communications and presentations for internal audiences;
provide operational support in event management.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :
Degree in Management or Communication
Interested in People and HR topics
Story-teller, passionate about writing and communicating
Fluent in English and with some international experiences (e.g. Erasmus)
