One CDM main responsibilities : Leads cross-Business Groups delivery governance, towards the Customer and internally in Nokia, leveraging existing Business Groups governance practices and aligning with Business Groups Delivery Managers to ensure efficiency and avoid duplication.
Is empowered to work across the Nokia organization especially with Customer Operation teams, Business Groups and Business Groups Delivery managers towards executing Customer deliveries in line with contractual commitments and hand-over from the Presales phase of the projects.
Masks the complexity of the Business Groups networks delivery organizations in Nokia towards the customerIncrease transparency of delivery performance across Nokia’s offeringManages and resolves internal and external delivery escalations with the target to reduce their number, in coordination with the relevant Business Groups.
Is accountable for Delivery management during the presales phase from Bid / no Bid decision onwards, with special focus on multi- Business Groups deals.
Leads cross- Business Groups delivery parts of review meetings and delivers input for Market Units / Market level governance.
Identifies business opportunities (e.g. upsell) and coordinates with Customer Operation and Business Groups.Knowledge of Telecom Italia Account and at least 10 years of experience in Complex Project Management is a key requirementExcellent communication skills and a strong leadership profile able to coordinate people across different organizations are also a must.
