We are looking for an Inverter Reliability Testing Specialist to work in the area of Automotive Power Inverter Development within R&D Power Electronics.
The candidate will be involved in the following activities :
Champion and drive FMEA, rootcause analysis and reliability analysis processes throughout the Power Inverter development team
Carry out circuit and system analysis to predict and improve system and component reliability
Work with Functional Safety teams to ensure safety system compliance
Minimize the risk and impact of failure in new product developments
Support design engineers with FMEA analysis
Manage corrective action related to reliability issues
Develop and maintain reliability analysis processes
Co-ordinate systematic evaluation of field and development failures
Provide support to company staff during development and start of production
Key Qualifications :
Experience of minimum 5 - 7 years in reliability engineering in electronic systems, preferably in the automotive sector.
Experience of FMEA in system concepts, design process and industrialization
Experience in automotive electronics development
Good knowledge of non conformity and corrective action management tools
Knowledge of functional safety and ISO26262 will be an advantage
