ROLEMISSION

Within Kering Group Operations HR Department, the Talent Development Teamsupports the HR Business Partners in their respective domains, with focus ontalent acquisition, talent mapping, training and development projects.

In order to accompany the growth of our Talent Development team, we arelooking for a Talent Intern.

The trainee will have the opportunity to be involved in differentprocesses and activities, such as preparation and logistic organization of theinternal or external training / learning events, research and selection oftalents, contribute to manage the recruiting digital system He / she will supportand assist colleagues in Talent Development Team.

This is an excellent development role within the Human Resources area andwill be useful to anyone looking for wide breadth of experience in this field.

KEYACCOUNTABILITIES

At the center of the operational unit, the intern will provide supportand added value to the following :

  • Support the preparation andlogistic organization of the internal or external training / learning events(e.g. tracking enrolment requests, pre-
  • work with attendees, managing wait listsand cancellations, logistical set up, support during the events, reporting,etc.)

  • Support the design,implementation and management of all the projects concerning the TalentDevelopment area (Employer Branding, projects, internal and external events andpresentations)
  • Contributeto recruiting process starting from the drafting and posting of jobdescriptions, in-depth sourcing of candidates using recruitment tools,pre-
  • screening and selection; support the construction of talent pools, supporttalent mappings and progress reports

  • Support data analysis, generation and updating ofreports (with a focus on training / learning and recruiting)
  • Helpto manage digital content in different media channels and platform
  • Support the HR TalentDevelopment Team as required
  • KEYREQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, HRor a related field
  • English mother tongue
  • Previous experience in HR
  • Excellent knowledge of office tools (Microsoft Office including a very good command of Excel)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player attitude, with consistentcustomer focus
  • Highly organized anddetailed oriented approach
  • Ability to prioritize tasksand focus on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Original thinking andcreativity, attitude to help develop innovative approaches and ideas
  • Strict adherence to confidentialityand discretion and high ethical standards
