In this role you will be responsible for :
Selling systems and services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units / Product Groups.
Creating and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, especially for the local market.
You will be in charge of promoting customer understanding of full systems and services offerings. You will ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Preparing sales plans with company tools. Performing regular status reviews and proposing recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
Creating an added value for the customer and ABB and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
Communication of details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).
Monitoring procedures in sales processes, and support collection and project management activities when needed.
Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
For this type of role you have :
Master Degree in Engineering with a relevant work experience in marine sector (at least 5 years);
Provenience from the Digital field;
Great confidence with transformers, process automation, elettrical parts, drives;
In addition, it will be highly considered :
The ability to work in team, to be driven to the results, an exposure to the strategic / sales' plans;
Good knowledge of Italian and English - both written and spoken - and a good proficiency in MS Office.
In this role you will be involved in several business transferts abroad.
